Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood actor and writer who has been recognized for her talent. Sagittarius Born in North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She is the oldest child of Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper and Anne, a psychology student. She is of English as well as Scottish heritage.
